Rapid Response First Aid specialises in providing people and organisations with first aid and CPR training to national accreditation standards. We also provide first aid and medical supplies (see below).

Notes:
To keep your first aid certificate current, Apply First Aid (which includes CPR) is done every 3 years and CPR certification is done annually.
CPR: No pre-study online learning is required for CPR. In the 2.5 hour practical course each student has their own hygienic manikin and allows plenty of practice time. The CPR course includes Defibrillator AED. See "Start your Online Workbook" below to book. Note that places are limited, so book your course now.
APPLY FIRST AID: Previously called ‘Senior First Aid’ involves pre-study (online learning) prior to the 6 hr practical course. Once you have completed the online workbook, print off the certificate and bring it with you to the practical session. The 6 hr practical can be done in one day or split over 2 shorter sessions. ON LINE PRE STUDY:
The online learning component is a user friendly system involving multiple choice questions and takes on average 1-2 hours to complete. The questions are divided into sections with relevant reading material to assist you to answer the questions. See "Start your online workbook now" below to book and access the online workbook.

General Practitioners (GPs) are required to complete a Basic CPR course as part of the RACGP QI&CPD Program.
This course has been approved by the RACGP QA&CPD Program. TOTAL CPD POINTS: 5 (Category 2) Activity No: 755108
Upon successful completion of our 2 hr Basic CPR course, GPs will be issued a nationally accredited CPR Statement of Attainment which displays our RACGP Activity number.
Once training is complete we will enter the QI and CPD points that you have gained by doing the course directly into RACGP website with our RTO number.
Our Basic CPR Course includes defib (AED) training and is consistent with the latest ARC (Australian Resuscitation Council) Guidelines.
From 1 July 2010, nurses require 20 RCNA CNE points annually to renew their nursing registration.
We use an Authorised Provider of Endorsed Courses (APEC No: 031031001) as authorised by the Royal College of Nursing, Australia and all of our nationally accredited first aid courses attract RCNA CNE points as per the table below:
